This program provides a means by which alumni of the Alderson-Broaddus College Physician Assistant Program are able to "upgrade" or advance their Bachelor of Science, Medical Science to the current Masters of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) degree awarded by our entry level program. Course content will be delivered over one year through Angel. Students are required to come to the A-B campus for two days at the beginning of the fall semester. During this time, students will: receive Angel training, discuss program curriculum, policies and procedures, discuss financial aid, become familiar with the usage of A-B electronic medical references, begin their fall semester courses, and complete other introductory instruction as necessary.
Limited Enrollment! Twenty students will be accepted for the 2007-2008 academic year. Enrollment will be on a first come first served basis. In the event that there are more applicants than seats, the additional applicants will be waitlisted for the 2008-2009 class. These students will not need to pay an additional $35 application fee for the 2008-2009 year.
