The Erickson Alumni Center offers spacious and modern accommodations for overnight stays as well as ample conference and dining facilities. Fourteen luxuriously decorated rooms with single or double beds and individual bathrooms are available for guests. Each room has a television and direct dial telephone. A spacious conference center provides an ideal setting for meetings, workshops and conferences for up to 50 people. The Center's beautiful setting and flexibility have made this multipurpose facility highly popular among a broad range of groups and organizations.
The Erickson Alumni Center is the primary source of lodging for participants in the College's Elderhostel program, which provides week-long educational sessions for senior citizens from around the nation.
Alderson-Broaddus student groups also use the Center for meetings, as do the College's Alumni Council and Ministers Advisory Council. The Center is the site of numerous receptions, family reunions, and even weddings. It is frequently used by individuals who simply want to experience the hilltop ambience of a small liberal arts college.
