Practice manuals for graduate school admissions tests (MCAT, GRE, GMAT, and LSAT) are on reserve at the library.  There are also resources at the Career Services Center for writing graduate school admissions essays, etc.
Deadlines for admissions applications and financial aid applications vary by school and major.  All materials-- admissions and financial aid applications, test scores and transcripts, references, etc. need to be turned in together by these deadlines.  Look carefully at the schools you are interested in to be sure of these dates.
