Daywood Gallery, located in New Main, hosts at least six exhibits a year. Contemporary emerging and established artists come to campus to discuss their work in gallery talks. They may also visit the studios to offer their expertise to students. Recent exhibitions have included media from painting to photo installation. Receptions at the gallery are well-attended by students, faculty, and members of the community. Fascinating discussions among artists and attendees are part of the gallery experience. In addition to professional artists, the gallery hosts an annual juried student exhibition, and solo shows for graduating seniors. Once a year we also welcome public school children and their parents for the Youth Art Month exhibit. The gallery is open from 10:00 to 4:00 daily and other times by appointment. Admissions is free, and all events in the gallery are open to the public.
