Alderson Broaddus University does not discriminate on the basis of sex in any of its educational programs or activities. AB's Annual Security and Fire Safety Report, in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, is published every October 1 and is available in print at the Office of Public Safety or online from the AB website. The report includes three years of campus crime statistics, security policies, and fire safety information.

The University's Whistleblower Policy protects employees, students, vendors, and community members who in good faith report suspected misconduct, fraud, or violation of law.
